Bleh, rules. Gotta have them though. I believe the rules are simple enough and benefit everyone, but if you have any further questions or think something doesn't make sense (or I forgot to address something), you're plenty welcome to email me.
Concerning Donations
People are welcome to offer fanart, icons, banners, wallpapers, fanfiction, sprites, scans, drabbles and poems, screenshots, amvs, videos... pretty much anything. Obviously, as long as Yuber is involved, it's welcome
Don't donate other people's work. Only send your own stuff.
Fanfiction, amvs, game footage, poems, drabbles, and fanmade animations: though you're free to donate them, I'm only going to link to outside sources. For example, I'll link to a youtube video or wherever your fanfiction is being hosted, but it won't be on the site itself. Please make sure you provide separate links to each work in your email as well as an alias or username for credit and organizational purposes.
Icons, banners, and sprites will be placed directly onto the site unless indicated otherwise. Since donations are organized by sender, be sure to provide an alias or username for credit. ack.
Fanart can either be donated in the form of a link to another site, an attatchment, or a photobucket/ imageshack/ etc. link. The preference is up to you.
Doujinshi... I'm iffy on this subject. As much as I would love some doujinshi scans on here, unless you're the doujinshi artist or you've acquired permission to donate published doujinshi from the artist, I'd refrain from sending this in.
Manga scans from the official manga and screenshots are greatly appreciated. If you donate scans or screenshots, but did not scan/capture them yourself, please tell me where you got the images so both can be properly credited.
Concerning Usage
All text content on the site is written by me; maybe I just write whatever comes to mind first or I might be delirious from lack of sleep, but it is mine, dammit. If for whatever reason someone else's stuff is on here, it'll be in quotes and sourced. So yeah, no copying and pasting my stuff. If I have some theory or observation you want to mention somewhere else, that's fine. Just don't take my writing. If you want to quote me, for god knows what reason, just source me, and I'll be happy.
Every picture, art, scan, and so on belongs to their respective owners. All media sections are organized by donator, so it should be very easy to find what belongs to who. If you want to use someone's art or anything else, be sure to ask them.
This should go without saying, but absolutely no direct linking is allowed. Stealing bandwidth is bad.
Concerning the Theories Section
Ahh... Consider this section of the Rules page under construction. The Theories Section isn't even UP yet, so I can't really state rules for it at the moment.
Since Yuber has so little official info on him, he's really open to interpretation. I'm planning to have a section where people can send various theories, observations, arguments, and so on; almost an open feedback section. I'm still considering what the conditions of this section will be, so until that's decided and the section goes up, this area of the rules will remain incomplete.
